NAPERVILLE AREA REPUBLICAN WOMEN'S ORGANZATION
Helga Mattingly was born in Northern Germany.  She graduated from German University with a French/English Translator degree.  Helga worked for UNICEF Committee relocating war displaced families from Europe to the United States, Canada, and Australia.  Helga, along with her husband and6 month old daughter, spent five years in former colonial Africa administering relief programs for Catholic Relief Services. 

After returning to the U.S., Helga worked in adjudication of Social Security Disability claims.  She is active in leadership on the state and national levels of the National Association of Disability Adjudicators.

Vice-President, Professional Services for Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists
Executive Director, Missouri Society of Health-System Pharmacists

Family:
Married to a great republican and have three wonderful step-children

Janice M. Anderson serves as an officer of NARWO and is also the elected Republican Committeeman in precinct 22 of Naperville Township serving the Cress Creek and Century Farms neighborhoods. 

She has served as an elected committeeman in Willl County for many years and served as the Chairwoman of the Will County Republican Organization.
In addition, she has also served on the Will County Regional Board of Schools as an elected trustee. 

Janice is currently a member of Naperville Rotary, and a director of the Naperville Boys and Girls Club.  She is also active as the President of the Courts of Cress Creek Homeowners Association and a volunteer with Loaves & Fishes. 

Ms. Anderson is an executive assistant for Aramark Healthcare in Downers Grove. 

Janice and her husband, John resides in Naperville with their dog, Ozzy.

Tonia Khouri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism. Tonia and her husband own a small business in DuPage County that employs over 50 local residents.  Tonia became involved in politics while lobbying Congress to pass a bill, HR440, that would promote religious freedom of religious minorities in the Near East and South Central Asia.

Tonia is excited to be a part of NARWO and to see the enthusiasm of Republican women all over DuPage County.  She sees women voters as essential to electing Republican candidates in 2012.

Tonia Khouri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism. Tonia and her husband own a small business in Dupage County that employs over 100 residents. Tonia became involved in politics while lobbying Congress to pass a bill, HR440, that would promote religious freedom of religious minorities in the Near East and South Central Asia. This bill passed the house of Representatives in August 2011 and now is in the United States Senate.
 
Tonia serves as a Naperville Township Committeeman, is a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, Co-chair of the Benet Academy Cares Committee, and volunteers at Loaves & Fishes.
 
Tonia is excited to be a part of NARWO and to see the enthusiasm of Republican women all over Dupage County. She sees women voters as essential to electing Republican candidates in 2012.
